Finally everything is falling into place.

 

 

I have now been a part of team Limitless for the past three weeks. It is the best decision I have made in a long time. I have learned that this type of sport is very rough on your body as well as mentally. You really have to know what you are going into.

 

Your body is going through a lot of changes and challenges. This includes what you are eating and the pressure of training. The training only gets harder and the amount of calories get lower.

 

Even-though this is a huge challenge for me, I do feel lucky as I have recently changed coach. I am now doing 3 days with a high carb diet and 4 days with a low carb diet. I am the lucky winner of the best high energy giving breakfast that I have had during my competition period.

 

Here comes the recipe:

 

 

100 grams of egg whites

30-50 grams of oatmeal (depending on if I am on a low or high carb diet)

0,5 scoop vanilla protein powder

Cinnamon

1 apple finely chopped

Baking powder

10 grams of almonds

 

 

You take the finely chopped apple and almonds and put it into the dough. You mix it all together. The rest of the ingredients are for adding taste and making it look delicious. You bake it for about 15-20 minutes in the oven at 400.

 

It tastes exactly like an apple pie, the only difference is that this one is much healthier! I would highly recommend you to try out this recipe.

 

In my busy day-to-day life, I am always thinking about food, sleep, training and work, this breakfast is the highlight of my day. I honestly admit that I am not looking forward to eating fish as we get closer to completion day.

 

I personally think that I am on a luxury diet at the moment even-though that I can feel that my energy level during the day can be low. This means that is is very important that I get to relax as much as possible, get my feet up and sleep before my training session of the day which consist of weights and high intensive cardio training. I do high intensive cardio for about 12 minutes five times a week. This is a great way for me to burn off some calories fast instead of having to spend hours doing cardio.

 

The best way to burn of calories fast is for me to compete against myself on the stair master. My goal is to reach 100 calories as fast as I can. This usually takes me less than 2 minutes to complete and then I repeat as many times as I can in 12 minutes. This makes my workout on the stair master so much more fun and challenging.
