    Purelimeshop.com is owned and operated by Pure Lime A/S. After you've placed an order, we will process, pack and ship it immediately. All ordes are dispatched from our headquarters in Aabenraa, Denmark unless specified otherwise. When placing an order at Purelimeshop.com you have entered a binding agreement. This means that Pure Lime are liable for making sure that your order is processed and fulfilled. You may always cancel, regret or return an order. You may cancel or return your order up until 30 days from receiving it.

    We ship all orders with GLS. Delivery in the your country is fulfilled by your local freight forwarder , and is delivered directly to the address specified in your order. If you are not available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery, your freight forwarder will leave a note. The shipment will be available at the nearest pick-up location for the next 10 days, before being returned to us. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you.

    • All return orders are processed within a few days from your return is delivered to us
